The Challenge:

Many organizations continue to rely on legacy access control technology without fully understanding the security risks it creates. The core challenge was the lack of awareness that outdated systems can leave people, facilities, and critical assets vulnerable. This gap in understanding made it difficult to drive urgency around modernization and highlight the real-world impact of insecure infrastructure.

The Solution:

Developed an integrated marketing campaign across web, social, and email channels to educate audiences on the security risks of legacy Prox technology. The campaign combined video assets, educational messaging, and white paper downloads to engage both broad awareness audiences and higher-intent leads. Email marketing was optimized through A/B testing of subject lines and content variations to improve engagement and gather performance insights that informed ongoing campaign refinement.

The Result:

•The landing page became the second highest trafficked page on the site during the campaign, behind the homepage.
•Achieved a 38.12% conversion rate on white paper downloads, driving strong lead generation from high-intent users. 
•Email campaigns averaged a 7.88% click-through rate, reflecting strong engagement with the educational content and messaging.
